According to personality charts, only sixteen percent of us are analytical. It is no wonder that when it comes to organization, setting goals, and strategies and tactics to reach the goals, most employees of a company fight to avoid being part of the process.

This weekend’s Open Championships from Scotland, has been delayed due to some of the heaviest winds this golf event has ever seen. That hasn’t stopped this year’s U.S. Open and Masters champion, Jordan Spieth. At one shot back and tied for third, Spieth, at 21, can become one of the few golfers in history of the game to win the first three grand slam golf tournaments of the year.
