They say that our personalities are established well before we are seven years old. I would have to agree. While I have been tested several times and always come up as a driving personality, I have to believe that I also have a lot of analytical tendencies in me as well....

Just four months ago I wrote the blog on the importance of time management skills. I feel it is so important toward your success in sales or as a sales department that I want to repeat the blog, with some enhancements. Time management always seems to be one of the most difficult parts of the sales process to tackle for most salespeople. The over achievers know that it is also the most important part of the process and how you are able to grasp the concept, in most cases, leads directly to either being a failure or a success.

The very first experience I had in my career, as it relates to media and advertising was an event. My first job was in Utah at as small radio station. The owner asked me to meet him at a Honda motorcycle dealer when I made the initial drive to Utah. When I got there I was immersed in an event at the dealership, and as they say, from that point on, it’s history. I was hooked on events!
